   Exactly. Just a reduction in the proposed amount we need to borrow to pay for all the extra stuff they want to add to the budget.
   
   Baseline budgeting. In order to support it one must have an increasing revenue stream every year. The top 2% don’t make enough money to be able to support it by taxing the rich only. Everyone has to pay more if job don’t increase at the desired rate.
   
   It started in the 70’s. Who was it that did THAT little trick?

   Trickle Down doesn’t work. Sequestration will actually slow the rate of deficit reduction by cutting economic growth that fuels revenue. Then again, if most people don’t know the truth, lying becomes a lot easier, and it takes a falling anvil for them to realize that.

   Government spending does not create a good economic growth, having people work and make good money to spend makes growth. “Sequestration” is just a scare word.

   The Democrats want you to think the anvil is really heavy, but it is really a sponge. The cuts won’t hurt a bit.

   Sequestration was demanded to be added to the tax increase bill by Obama. Obama said he would veto the bill unless sequester was part ot the plan. The Republicans and Democrats added sequestration to the bill, Obama inked the bill, and now he is campaigning across the nation telling us how bad the sequestration that he wanted is so bad for us.

   It is Obama’s fault as he said if sequestration was not part of the tax increase bill, he would veto the bill.
   Many Conservatives posted this would happen and liberals said they were wrong, now that it is close to reality, now Obama and liberals are telling us how horrible budget cuts will be. Obama has reneged on his promise to face the music and implement tough budget cuts.
