Chicago has very strict Gun Control Laws, yet they have the Highest Rate of Gun Violence o any City in the USA.
The Mayor of Chicago blamed this on neighboring states who do not have strict gun laws and guns flow from these states to Chicago. No, The Mayor of Chicago did not want to admit the truth and that is the High rate of Gun Violence is due to the fact Criminals are not abiding by the Strict Gun Laws in Chicago.
