   A mental health bill that could have stopped this was defeated. Now liberals are calling for people in the NRA to be shot. Can you say hypocrite? Can you put the dots together and see that all but one of the latest shootings were committed in gun free zones? All of you anti gun nuts have to admit that there is a right to bear arms.

   drivel. the ak15 that was used was legally obtained by his mother. she took him to the shooting range and taught him how to shoot it. there’s no constitutional law that would have stopped that. this ia about a class of weapon. Either you support crazies getting these weapons or you don’t. Are you willing to let these mass murders happen time and time again?

   First, the Second Amendment, Then Second, the First Amendment…..It will all be so easy. The Scrap heap will be lovely. The Constitution, the Budget process, Congressional oversight, the Watch Dog Media the private sector. Bordered by the family unit, religious freedoms ,Christmas, choices in health care and in schools……..The ease of it All………The Founders would be so Proud.

   The second amendment says “Well regulated.” That means we can regulate arms. As the Hartford newspaper said this morning, to hell with the NRA and death-cultists like onguard.

    Your abuse of one half of the second amendment is obliterating the PREAMBLE to the Constitution!

    The Preamble tell what America Stands for!

    So what about it onguard; are you for the Constitution, or against it?

    Technical point: it says “…well regulated militia”. So, in theory, if you don’t join a militia you can’t be regulated.

    On the other hand I just came up with a clever idea: If the right to bear arms is really tightly linked to a militia then everybody who ISN’T member of one can’t claim protection under the second amendment!

    And one more even cleverer idea: if above holds true then everybody owning a gun automatically IS member of a militia. As such he is under the command of the President. So Obama could just use his powers as CIC to order the handover of all semi-autos and issue flintlocks instead.
