A lot of the profits of the iPhone stay in the USA!

Hmmm… Interesting point: where was that app written? These things are pretty global, and when I look into Goggle marketplace I often find terrible translations into English, so I have to assume it’s “foreign made”. And that’s a billion dollar industry as well, so it’s not just the phone itself…

Now that we are citizens of the globe, what difference does it make?

Buy local this year! Help your mom-and-pops. Remember that food, drink, services and other things make great gifts.

If this app is for real, the future may look a little bleak for Wal*Mart. This would serve them right, as they became the behemoth that they are by promising that all items in the store were made in America. Once all of America was shopping there, they turned into a giant Chinese-surplus store; not that the public recognized it or seemed to care.

I’m not into this whole Christmas-thing, but I guess that giving someone a survival-kit and gift-coupon for a funeral home might dampen the spirit of the season…

before long the tree huggers will outlaw everything to eat but bark and bugs.

Ima, don’t knock it til you’ve tried it! But again your logic is fallible. Tree-huggers wouldn’t LET you eat bark, and Vegans wouldn’t LET you eat bugs. I guess you’re stuck with your Soylent Green since your side said “let him die!” Must have been EXTREMELY hungry that day!

We already eat bark on a regular basis. What do you think cinnamon and the cassia marketed as cinnamon are? As for bugs, where do you think red food coloring comes from? What do think crab and lobster is?

I think crab and lobster are delicious!
