Chan Lowe's work has won several awards, including the Green Eyeshade Award in 1992, and second place in the 1996 John Fischetti Competition. In 1990, he was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize. In 2000, he was awarded The National Press Foundation's Berryman Award.

Looking at the NRA site a little, I could find NO indication that they tolerate ANY control of weapons whatsoever. It could be that I missed it, but it sure wasn’t obvious.

NRA recalcitrance has killed 30,000 people a year in the U.S., every year, and hundreds of police officers in the last decade, including another officer in Denver two weeks ago. Gun sales without restriction ARE THEIR THING. If anyone killed the officer on the border, THEY DID!
Even some gun manufacturers have found the NRA to be too extreme. “Well regulated” in the Constitution, means just that. Automatic weapons require a special “tax” to possess, but those who can get clearance can buy them. Wayne La Pierre wants to remove ALL restrictions, on his collecting nearly a million dollars a year in “salary”!!!

Where is the Justice?
When your and my Federal Government lets known criminals have assault weapons to KILL US (that is United States but it could equally mean us) and MEXICAN citizens, Where is the Justice?
I see your and my Justice Department fail to investigate clear video evidence of criminal acts and then run in to investigate clearly local matters, I wonder, Where is the Justice?
If the head of the JUSTICE department cannot investigate INjustice, then what good is it?
(the answer is not good)
