Yep. Weird to think that we took a pagan holiday like an Ishtar fertility fest (Inanna for the Sumerian form, Ashoreth for the Near East form, etc.) and slapped a Christian meaning to it. But then, Samhain and Yule had the same type of things done to them….The Resurrection took place on Pesach VI, which is the same date, every year.
