    Panel 3: Insulting someone is not necessarily bullying. Our politicos do it with great vigor. Bullying is either a straight-up attack of someone or a group on others, or it’s a vicious psychological attack of someone or a group on others. Coercion “you do this or else” is a frequent component.

    I would guess that Jennifer has noticed that most of those groups who claim to be bullied are typically bullies themselves, and those individuals who claim to be “anti-bullying” are typically bullies toward those they consider weaker than themselves. Like when Lady Gaga last year waxed eloquent on bullying and bullied a person on stage and never seemed to notice what she’d done.

    Mona is pretty nasty to anyone outside her circle of friends. Not to the point of being a bully but not someone to stand too close to and not just because of the smell.
