Enjoy the existential adventures of transplanted Parisienne Mona Montrois as she chain-smokes her way to equilibrium in the City of Angels, armed only with the sage advice of confidant and adviser Monsieur Smokey, a lewd, chauvinistic stuffed bunny.

Okay, I can compromise. I’ll accept “pretty Mona,” as long as she retains her cynical edge….

Free drinks it is. The new and improved Mona is hot!
“Don’t go changing, to try and please me
You never let me down before
Don’t imagine you’re too familiar
And I don’t see you anymore
I wouldn’t leave you in times of trouble
We never could have come this far
I took the good times, I’ll take the bad times
I’ll take you just the way you are ”

Well done, GEE1A.
The lyrics perfectly capture Pierre’s confict.
The only bad news? Mr. Joel’s lawyers want to talk to you.
But you should be able to claim fair use. Besides, the lyrics were perfect for the situation.

randayn the lyrics were perfect and as far as the lawyers are concerned – too late! We already saw it. By the time they tell GEE1A to take them down, we’ll all be singing. Oh no, the tune’s already stuck in my head.

I don’t know why Lucas seems conflicted. But it doesn’t matter to me. I’m the one sleeping with Mona!

As Mr. Billy Joel’s lawyer, I give permission in this one case to use his lyrics in this capacity, but you owe him three fiddy.

Love is not love which alters
When it alteration finds.
That being said, I hope Mona doesn’t keep the new look too much longer. I can accept the hair, but if there was ever a woman born to wear All Black, All the Time, it’s Mona.
Black is the new black, and I’ll keep wearing it until they invent an even darker color.
