    So, is this just a winter fling, or a long-term commitment?

    HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.

    @rgcviper the black cat

    Probably just a winter fling. Once some younger, newer and more up-to-date model shows her pretty little face, this one will be tossed aside and forgotten about . . . just like all the rest were before this little “hotsy-totsy” came along!!!!! ;-)

    Hello and Happy Saturday to you, rgcviper, and all the rest of the “Cathy” clan, too. Hope everyone’s having a really nice weekend so far!

    GretchensMom said, almost 3 years ago Which Oregon paper are you looking at for your comics that GC doesn’t have? I’ve been to and because they’re carrying Comics Kingdom, too, there’s still no comments section there either [just like Seattle PI].

    I still can’t get my calendar feature to work so I guess I’m going to have to e-mail GC and ask what’s going on. You’re “Pro” [just like lightenup is] and I’m not so maybe that’s the difference between it working for the both of you and not for me??? B/t/w: nobody ever did tell me how much going “Pro” costs and what you get for the money that you aren’t already getting without it. Can you tell me? Thanks!

    Hi sis! I’m running late today, so just a quick response to you. I agree with you that I don’t think the Pro status will help anything, but you can try it. I think it’s a bit under $12 a year, and allows you to look at comic archives as far back as you want. I think it gives you more, but I’ve forgotten what, so I suggest clicking the “Go Pro” link at the bottom of the screen to read about it. (I may go there next to refresh my poor memory)

    I’m a little tired now, but maybe it’s a pop-up screen issue? What browser are you using? I’m on an Apple, so I use Safari or Firefox, but if you use IE, I can research it. We’ll figure this out…

    p.s. I was curious, so I went to seattlepi to see if I could make a comment. I didn’t actually make a comment, but could have from my Disqus account. Is that how you login there? Or does the comment box not even appear?

    Things were back to normal for me last night — I tried Seattle PI and there is no place to make a comment. When I go to, there is a place for comments.
    I’m only Pro because when I started reading the comics online, that was the only way I could get more than one delivered in my email. Like lightenup said, it costs somewhere around $12/year and I just continue it because I’m so happy they do it. My newspaper was taking all the comics I liked out and replacing them with local artists and when they took Cathy out (this is her hometown) I stopped taking the paper.
    I really am stumped as to why yu can’t get the calendar to work. I too doubt that it is a “Pro” issue. I think you might just send a note to gocomics and let them know, because I have found they usually can fix the problem. Good luck!!
