Cathy: I ate the low-cal potato slad made with egg-free, lactose-free mayo... A lite tofu dog on wheat-free gluten-free bun... Sodium-free, Mr. Puffed brown rice chips..and a slice of fruit-juice-sweetened, crust-free apple tart. I will now eat some real potato salad, a real hot dog on a real bun with real potato chips and a nice, big piece of real apple pie...because if I don't eat the real food, I won't feel I've experienced the real holiday.  To some, "healthy alternatives." To me, "healthy appetizers."  Charlene: Want a scoop of frozen soy dessert-like substance before I bring out the real ice cream?
