Mom: Look at the little tiny robin...look at the itty bitty squirrel...look at the teeny weeny buds..look at the eensy beansy spider.. Babies! Cathy: What? Mom: Babies! They're everywhere! Baby bunies. Baby chickens. Baby ducks. Baby birds. Baby worms. Baby grass. Baby flowers. Baby leaves. Baby branches. The whole earth is done in soft, pastel baby colors right now. Don't you see it?? Don't you feel it?? Open the window and hear the baby sounds! Open the door and breathe the baby air! It's baby season! Time to think about babies! Cathy: Huh? Mom: Get out there, meet someone get married and have a baby!! Cathy: Oh, yeah...it had been on the "to do" list, but I sort of forgot about it... Mom: Mother nature whispers but grandma nature has to raise her voice now and then.
Cathy’s mom has YEARS to wait to get her hands on that grandbaby. Cathy should have adopted a child like her creator did in real life. Because of the story line, Cathy was too old to ever have one of her own. Too unbelievable to the real Cathy followers.
