 I ate only cereal. I craved protein.  I ate protein. I craved fruit. I ate fruit. I craved dairy.  Ate dairy. Craved grains. Ate grains. Craved vegetables. Ate vegetables. Craved chocolate. Ate chocolate. Craved more chocolate.  So much for the "listen to what your body needs" approach to food management.
