We’re once again on our yearly Slim-Fast diet right now. Works pretty good while we’re on it — not so much once we go off it though (old eating patterns seem to start up once again when we do). O-Kay is right: good-for-you-food = bad tasting . . . bad-for-you-food = GREAT tasting! Not to mention mostly sedentary lifestyles don’t help when it comes to burning off the calories either.
