   Well, she has a point. This is the one time of year when NOBODY in his right mind would start a diet — that’s what New Year’s resolutions are for. Besides, it’s perfectly permissible to indulge a bit in the “forbidden” goodies, as long as you don’t overdo the indulging!

   I agree – enjoy the full fat, full calorie versions of your favorite foods! It’s only once a year (plus eating the leftovers) and we’re celebrating the harvest and what we have, so dig in!

    Hi Cathyites! Congrats to lightenup!! I find I don’t change most of my recipes anyway — some are just made with light ingredients, some with full fat — they all taste good to me.
