   LOL millie p is right. And she rolled her eyes at Irving’s weirdness yesterday. That alone earns her 1/4 the bag. LMB’s treat is Aaron and me. Really. He said so. :-D

   It’s expected to reach 98 degrees in NYC today, but the weather is supposed to cool down next week. I sure hope so.

   Electra, she’s had to listen to Irving’s weight talk for 2 weeks, she definitely deserves the whole bag & then some.

   My heart goes out to those back east where the heat is so high & power is out or iffy at best. In my neck of the woods it’s only expected to get up to 84.

   I would need a lot more than reward of a treat to dance like that. Mostly an audience.

    

   It’s now after lunch. Billy and LMB and I are going into town for ice cream, before an afternoon thundershower rolls in. Reports back home say our neighborhood finally has power. 5 days — makes our planned escape look like pure genius.

   Yeah what DID Cathy do for her treat?? LOL……..She should do a dance for Electra…….It’s warm here too…around 28C, but theres a nice breeze……Happy Saturday Aaron, Dr. Billy, Lightenup, Gretch’s Ma, Susan, lindzcoop, mollie, viperdude, gmforde (where are you?), hendelca and everyone else that finds their way here, despite the heat :)

   Tip for these extra hot days: stay hydrated. For no special occasion at all last year, Billy and I bought Mom and Dad one of the Keurig coffee brewers, a good sized variety of coffee K-cups, and recently, the “brew over ice” teas. I’m not into iced coffee but I do loved iced teas. Water just doesn’t cut it for me and I can easily overdose on lemonade, so flavored iced teas are just dandy.
