   How old is Irving anyway…YAY first post!!! Oh and y’all check out yesterday’s comments…k? Cuz I left a few on there….hugs to everyone…..I’m back!!!!! I don’t remember how to do bold or italic fonts..and did I see coloured fonts too wow……hello to Lightenup, Gretch’s Ma, Aaron, Billy, Susan, lindzcoop, gmforde, and the rest of the wonderful crazy Cathy nuts rolling around today :)

    Irving, Irving, you are soo in denial, you’re embarrassing yourself. You can’t turn back the clock, so just embrace what you are. And you’re only as old as you feel, so if exercising makes you feel good, then go for it! Sigh… eyeroll
