   Makes me wanna jump ship. And I think Cathy would kill for those six pounds. But for both of them, they’re not gone, just redistributed. Schwarzenegger pounds — I’ll be bach.

   Hello Fellow Cathy nuts Florida has some bad weather right now with tropical storm Debbie. we went shell hunting this morning and found big ones and lots of them. Very high waves and rain BOO HOO!

   Umm, so the group of 5 is reading about fit but not doing? If I were in an eye roll mood I would do so. Too easy. I need more motivation than that.

    

   I’m one who knows better than encourage Aaron’s humor but his Schwarzenegger line was too much. :-D I usually sit with him when he’s writing his comics comic comments but Dad was with him this morning. I finally got to see why Dad giggiled his way through the morning.

    

   rgcviper must be on vacation. ? Hope all is well anyway. lindz.coop no worries about ‘missing’ anyone on a shout out. It’s the thought that counts. Thinking about you too Mom! :-D

   Hi Cathyites!! Funny thing — I only lost a half ounce when I gave up French Fries — Poor Irving!!!! I think he looks more rotund here than Cathy has ever looked (and it looks like a beer gut to me).

   Thanx for the encouragement Billy — I’ll get a list together one of these days.

   And Aaron — don’t be “jumping” anything with that new hip — not for a long while.

   Lightenup — the only way I would rub a belly that size (Irving’s) is if it was on one of my cats.

   You’re right, I must have mentally superimposed my cat’s round, fuzzy belly onto Irving’s. I must have been delusional… must go rest. ;-)
