The people with most of the money will not stop collecting their ‘share’. A Surf is not someone that stands on a board in the ocean.

5% of negative income is zero, or you get to pay some of the bills. 100% co-pay means you pay all the costs but get to use the name on the insurance card. Bad deal, reshuffle the deck and play again.

@DaBoogadie, It’s Serf. As for the rest of the strip, it’s the classic case of “What’s mine is mine, What’s yours is mine.”

Thanks for the correction. I’d like to blame auto-correct…but I can’t.

The gross of what they charge their readers on the ’net? Do they have a paywall?

“The gross of the net?? Wouldnt that be almost nil?”
    -
The gross is the total, all.
It is like multiplying by one.
The net is how much is left after all expenditures have been paid, expenses, salaries, bonuses, et cetera.
It is a poor accountant who can’t show the net was zero, though.
    nothing times anything is nothing.
    all of nothing is nothing.

also when he says, “gross profits,” that is not gross sales, but all of the profits after all the expenses have been taken out of sales and advertising and any other income.
This means again, all of the profits or all of the net or simply the net.
    -
The main point is an attempt to flim-flam.
Dishonest people will all be as dishonest as possible.
