Snookered me good, Darrin. I just spent 15 minutes of my life trying to find what cartoon and cartoonist this might have been. I conclude you invented it.
But at least I did get to read some interesting stuff about Tycho Brahe’s skull and his metal nose.

Being that he knew the other character’s first name was Tycho, it sounds like pschearer was just being sarcastic. I wonder how the guys at PvP and Penny Arcade will react. IF they react. Being that the newspaper industry as we know it seems to be hurting severely, (if they’re smart) they may decide to just leave the syndicated cartoonists alone to face the fate of their market. Otherwise, it could end up the “negative publicity is still publicity” concept, as a response from them could inadvertently attract more potential readers to this cartoon.

The name of the characters are on the name plates in front of them, so it’s not a big leap to conclude it was Tycho Brahe, or to speculate it anyway.

This series has been brilliant.
Comics about comics have always been some of my favorites.
Cartoonists must love doing them, too.
I have over 3,000 of them in my archive.
