It certainly does, Hobbes, but why do anything the easy way, when you’re Calvin?

But Hobbes, he loves it when a plan comes together.

Ignoring the fact that they rarely do…

Why bother with a straightforward attack when you can hatch a fiendish plot instead?! I see a great future for Calvin as a Bond villan…

If something makes sense, it doesn’t stand a chance with the
government/military. If he lives to grow up, Calvin will do
    splendidly in either.

Everything the government does makes sense. It only looks like it doesn’t because you’re not considering what their real goals are (power and control).

Does this mean if we eliminate all the executives we’ll be one step closer to a better world?

Hobbes, if you don’t think like a bureacrat, how are you going to create jobs for all your pals?

Not necessarily. Twisted evil plans often have a way of backfiring.

These plans always end badly, because Calvin always overthinks his schemes, like a Batman villain. Straightforward is usually best.

Au contraire! I’ve been saying for more years than I care to thinnk about that politicssl parties, -ologies and -isms are BS to hide the true and only aim of all politicians, regardless
of party, -ology or-ism, is to get into office and
to stay there. The Outs want In and the Ins want to stay. Politics in 10 words or less….
