If possible, I would have vanished before Calvin sneezed, especially if “the camera was on timer…”
I don’t want his germs (or anyone else’s) to be sprayed at me.
Maybe Hobbes is immune.

I think I speak for some of the others here when I say I now look back on some of my school pictures and say WHAT THE HECK WAS I THINKING! I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT HAIR STYLE WAS COOL?

I have to admit though that looking at the photos of some of my class mates give me a good chuckle.

I was told we all automatically close our eyes when sneezing to keep our eyeballs from popping out under the intense pressure.

I can attest that no matter how hard you try to keep your eyes open when you sneeze they close by reflex. That is why I hate sneezing when driving. Antihistamines are less of a hazard to my driving than the sneezes during allergy season.

I spent a year with a huge teethy grin and my eyes closed saying at the same time, “Look see it’s me!”, so I could buy a beer and cigarettes in the mid-eighties. I was so busy at work that I couldn’t take the time out of my day to get back to the DMV to get it retaken!
