I hope Calvin (and many others) gets saved by the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ who died to pay the penalty for our sins.

Calvin will have to sweat it out one more day.
Maybe he can pull some strings (one anyway)

wndrwrthg - almost right - he has to be distracted, not deliberately, so he forgets all thought about his weight, how high he is etc (ref: 3w HHGproject org /entries/ flying) - if he makes it, he might become cool and froody, and remember to take a (stripey?) towel with him…

Remember people. Not everyone has the book collections, or may be too young to remember the strip. Some people want to see what happens next without it being spoiled for them.
