Wonder what mom will have to say about this effort. If only Calvin put a quarter of this effort into his studies, he wouldn’t find himself in the principal’s office that often.

I believe that you are correct, sir. Gout inflames the joints, usually in the feet. Goiter would appear in his neck.
Maybe hobbes is saying that calvins drawing looks like a foot?

I perplexed that word so I looked it up in the old “paperback” dictionary. I found it. That was why I figured that out imaginably what his face/neck looked like on the dollar. Did he have it or not? Lols!
If you look at a $1.00 bill you will see that George looks like he has a Goiter but it is actually an ugly scarf he has on. Probably given to him by Martha.
I like calvins materials,in particular, his 5 basic color crayons and the scissors. It seems that he would try to counterfiet 20s,but 1s would be all calvin has
True, it should be goiter. On the other hand, Calvin is a six year old. I’m astonished he even knows the word gout, and that it’s a medical condition. I forgive him the little error. I’ve been known to be wrong once or twice myself - as the old saying has it, Once I though I was wrong, but I was mistaken!
Bill Watterson’s Calvin and Hobbes has been a worldwide favorite since its introduction in 1985. The strip follows the richly imaginative adventures of Calvin and his trusty tiger, Hobbes. Whether a poignant look at serious family issues or a round of time-travel (with the aid of a well-labeled cardboard box), Calvin and Hobbes will astound and delight you.

Is this a peek into Calvin’s future as an adult? If so, he has plenty of time to perfect his talents.

All he’s missing is a green eye shade and a garter belt around his arm.
