Bill Watterson’s Calvin and Hobbes has been a worldwide favorite since its introduction in 1985. The strip follows the richly imaginative adventures of Calvin and his trusty tiger, Hobbes. Whether a poignant look at serious family issues or a round of time-travel (with the aid of a well-labeled cardboard box), Calvin and Hobbes will astound and delight you.

This doctor’s malpractice premiums are curiously higher than those of his colleagues.

Ha! I wish I could have talked to my pediatrician that way when I was young.

I’d like an anesthesiologist for some exams. You do get them for the worst ones.

Calling a pediatrician a quack equals comedy gold.

This doctor has no patience. I wouldn’t send my kid to him. I’d call the anesthesiologist on HIM.

This doctor has seen Calvin before!

Of course he’s seen Calvin before! Calvin always goes to the same doctor, just like every year he gets the same teacher. When you’re doing a cartoon, if you have a character it’s fun to abuse and already fulfills the role you need, why create a new character?

besides, isn’t that’s how it is in real life. I had the same doctor, and barber for years. One teacher taught a few grades so I am sure I got her twice or so in the earlier grades.

I know how he feels. I still hate going to the doctor’s office.

Calvin is a little brat! Unfortunately, too many children and young people talk with disrespect today. Yes, this is just a cartoon, but it is so sad to hear how some of them talk.
