Bruce Beattie joined the Daytona Beach News-Journal in Florida as editorial cartoonist in 1981 and today is syndicated to hundreds of newspapers. In addition to syndication, Beattie's cartoons have been featured on "Meet the Press," in the New York Times, New York Daily News, Detroit News, Milwaukee Journal and in several museum exhibits.

I hate to further the concept, but harleyquinn’s use of the cliche has some historical reference. How did NASCAR reduce cheating in the ‘70’s (I think, it was around then)? They put the biggest cheater in charge of tech inspections–he knew all the tricks.
If it works, who’s to argue? Not that I specifically have an opinion one way or the other here, not enough information.
