Maybe Nermal with play the Monster Bass Drum at the University or Texas at Austin or Purdue University in the future! ( If they don’t kick him out of the campus first!)

He’s okay with 4/4 time. What if they give him something in 6/8? Can he count that high?

Broomie should have known what was coming just from one look at Nerwin’s instrument….

So, Nerwin’s solo is merely one note in the whole concert?

While he can count to 4, does he have natural rhythm enough to actually play a drum solo with lots notes in it.

Nerwin might be a “boy;” but, since he is a fairy tale type of troll, he’s not a human being.

I wonder if his school will allow the other offspring of the enchanted forest creatures who speak English attend classes also.

Good thing about having a drum bigger than you: if it starts to rain, you can hide under it and not get wet!

Nerwin’s part must be the grande finale. At least it’ll wake the audience up.

This is like those sketches where Martin Short plays Ed Grimley, rehearsing on the triangle.

Don’t know if you’re aware of this, but there’s an online comic called “Weapon Brown” in which Charlie Brown is a bounty hunter in a post-apocalyptic world. Lots of other comic strip characters are in it too, such as Annie, Dagwood & Blondie, and Broom Hilda.

If you want to see what a semi-realistic Broomie looks like, look here:
