   There in the Greater Tulsa Metro Area, the express route buses do stop when they are on surface streets.

   But, they start at a Park and Ride location in a suburb or outlying area and then take the nearest expressway to downtown where they stop at regular bus stop locations and the downtown Tulsa Transit bus station.
