   I remember a comic of the ‘50’s called “Screaming Mimi” by Hank Ketchum of “Dennis the Menace” fame.
   It starred a little girl who usually spoke sotto voce, but when asked to speak up, her voice was louder than a punker’s amps, wreaking havoc on all around her, especially her long-suffering mother.
