Message in a bottle… constantly circling the &*$#% asteroid!
Reminds me of a short story where the US and USSR are at war. An officer visits the US Moon base and asks why nobody is firing at the Russians. He’s told that every bullet that missed its target… or went through, is now constantly orbiting the moon… and riddling both bases at regular intervals.

That tiny planetoid must be extremely dense. The same could be said for …. well, you know.

Isn’t it technically impossible to launch something off a planet (without more propulsion) and have it end up in an orbit?

So is this a circular argument, or just a vicious circle?

It is possible, but I believe the orbit could not be very circular. It would be very elliptical.

    One good (Sa)turn deserves another!

Guess I keep the 100 points! But then, I did “planet” that way!
