Freeze rays work by firing a beam of high-energy laser photons at the target’s atoms. The beam knocks the atom electrons out of their orbits, and when atoms lose electrons, they instantly lose energy and therefore heat. The lasers are essentially blasting the warmth away at the atomic level. Can lower temperatures by 120 degrees in a second.

What is very difficult is to do is to configure the beam so that it creates a nice block of ice around the target. Like an ice cube from the refrigerator. Cartoon technology is far ahead of us in this.

Fish, and plankton, and greens from the sea. It stopped coming and they started, fresh as harvest day.
