Brewster Rockit: Space Guy! is a satirical, retro-futuristic comic strip that chronicles the (mis)adventures of the lantern-jawed, lunkheaded, and sometimes childlike Brewster Rockit, captain of the space station R.U. Sirius, and his crew of misfits. Under Brewster’s brave and eternally-optimistic leadership, Pam is the tough and pragmatic second-in-command, Cliff is the completely unqualified engineer, Dr. Mel is the scheming science officer, Agent X is the mysterious government agent who gives them their orders and hides their existence from the world, and Winky is the cute, luckless kid who manages to get hurt a lot.

And he’s already smarter than Mr. Obama’s predecessor.
(no matter who we think it really was…)

Judging by his expression, I don’t think Bucky was taking it seriously.

Sure, and Kerry was a genius, right? Despite being a failure at everything except politics, including seminary. Or a long-term stoner like Gore, who was stoned in just about every debate and speech during his campaign. The Air Force didn’t seem to think that Bush was dumb. Neither did the universities he attended.
.
It’s an incredible triumph for the propaganda machine of the Socialist media. There were about a dozen faux-pas made by President Bush, but they were replayed again and again.
.
Compare that with Kerry or particularly Gore, who made mistake after mistake, and most of them were reported only once each.

Meanwhile…. I see no conflict between Brewster’s and Pam’s statements in panel 3.
They’re not incompatible.

What Bush and Bucky have in common is that mindless stare when they recieve news that their world is in danger—on 9/11/01 Bush sat there like a pole-axed cow for 7 minutes; on 12/01/12 Bucky sat there like a bucket on a coat rack for an even longer time; but in his defense he is just a bucket on a coat rack, while Bush was supposed to be the President of the United States.
p.s. Defend him all you care to, Bush was a caricature of a president; he had the leadership qualities of a burlesque clown with the wisdom of a Punch & Judy puppet. Feel free to brag about him all that you care to, but don’t be shocked when people snicker behind your back. “Socialist media.” Grow up.

It’s time for you to quit whining about Bush.

Grow up yourself.
The mainstream media was so much in Obama’s bed that it was ridiculous. They know that they no longer just report the news, they make it. They love the power they’ve gained for themselves and won’t let go of it. Look for more heavy media bias during elections from now on.

Btw, Bush had to contain his reaction since he was in front of a classroom full of kids. Gee, you seemed to have left that detail out.

No, it time for you to quit whining about Bush. Obama isn’t any better or perhaps you haven’t head about our dead ambassador in Libya or the troops he hasn’t bothered to get out of Afghanistan where they are still getting killed and maimed. If he such a hero why do our wounded soldiers need charity to survive the injuries received while following Obama, the Commander in Chief’s orders? Stop whining about the past and start dealing with the reality of today.
