Brewster Rockit: Space Guy! is a satirical, retro-futuristic comic strip that chronicles the (mis)adventures of the lantern-jawed, lunkheaded, and sometimes childlike Brewster Rockit, captain of the space station R.U. Sirius, and his crew of misfits. Under Brewster’s brave and eternally-optimistic leadership, Pam is the tough and pragmatic second-in-command, Cliff is the completely unqualified engineer, Dr. Mel is the scheming science officer, Agent X is the mysterious government agent who gives them their orders and hides their existence from the world, and Winky is the cute, luckless kid who manages to get hurt a lot.

Bucky would be the destination, not the one taking the voyage.

@skarlett
Actually, it’s like the movie Fantastic Voyage. Innerspace was a sort of a redo. And @Chris Robinson, Dr. Asimov wrote a novelization based on the script. The original story was written by someone else.

Lost In Space, Season 2, Episode 26: Trip Through The Robot, Aired 22 March 1967: "Dr. Smith’s carelessness causes a vital power unit to overload and the Professor orders a power ration until the system can be repaired; this means not recharging the Robot who is critically low on power. The depressed Robot uses his remaining power to go off and die alone, but Will refuses to let him go and he and Smith track him down into a dangerous area of unstable atmosphere. There, the two are shocked when they find the bizarre gases of the area have caused the Robot to grow to the size of a house. Will and Smith then venture inside the massive robot in hopes of stabilizing his power systems and returning him to normal size. "
A similar thing happened on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Season 6, Episode 14, One Little Ship, with a Star Fleet runabout getting shrunk to a very small size and exploring the innards of the Defiant.
Of course Mr. Rickard is going to turn those episodes on their figurative ears.
