Actually, Wile E pretty much solved the gravity problem: you don’t fall as long as you don’t look down.

…so that would mean that Brewster got his law degree from Acme.

KIng, many times for the first couple seconds gravity doesn’t affect him…then, well, we wait for the little dust cloud a thousand feet below…I was thinking that with all poor Wile E has had happen to him, isn’t making him deal with Brewster kinda mean?

BREWSTER: As long as I’ve got you on the stand, Mr. Coyote, a question I’ve always wanted answered. Why Acme? After all the years you’ve used the company, you’ve not gotten one useful device — and believe me, I’ve checked.

    JUDGE: Objection, irrelevant!

PROSECUTION (Bugs): Wait a minute, Doc! I’ve been wondering that for years!

Wile E is a SUPER GENIUS. Having to deal with morons is always mean.

There was a Super Chicken cartoon where Fred was riding Super Chicken as a horse. They were chasing the bad guy, the bad guy stopped at the cliff, but Super Chicken kept going.
FRED: Super Chicken! Why didn’t you stop?
SUPER CHICKEN: You forgot to say “Whoa!”
    FRED: Whoa! Whoa!
Super Chicken stops — in mid air.
SUPER CHICKEN: It’s a little late now, Fred.
    They plummet.

So, the moral is, never pay attention to where you are — and gravity will have no effect on you!

Gravity can’t be that bad, Wile was always ready for another go at it in a matter of seconds.

I’m concerned about the proximity of that gavel to his head.

Then it’s not gravity that Brewster should be trying to repeal, it’s Cartoon Physics.

Broom Hilda certainly could use a repeal of the law of gravity right about now. (It’s too late to repeal the real problem, texting while driving.)

his second witness should be good ol’ Goofy, who always seemed to have the best vocalization of despair when confronting the law of gravity:
    YAAAAA HOO HOO HOO

My theory is that Acme has a great return policy. Wilie only ever bought one item from Acme, but he keeps returning the items in succession to get new items. He’s too cheap to try another company.

Secretly, the CEO of ACME was the road runner.
