Brewster Rockit is an unlikely captain. He’s woefully ill-prepared to lead ... and that’s part of his charm. Orbiting the stars in the space station R.U. Sirius, Brewster and his crew of misfits encounter a constantly challenging set of interplanetary anomalies. Brewster Rockit: Space Guy! pushes the limits of space, time and humor.

It’s one thing to get the shaft. It’s something else to be the shaft.

Give Pam your durable power of attorney and advance directive, Oldbot.

As big as you are, that would be more like Dr. Mel’s whole panoply of irons.

@Oldbot—dude, not that I advocate violence, but—
you do know you could kick Dr. Mel’s butt….

So, Dr. Mel is a golfer.
That explains a lot.

A panoply of irons, Rakkav? I like it!
A gaggle of geese,
a pride of lions,
a company of wigeons,
a leap of leopards (leapin’ lizards!!)
a panoply of irons.

I agree with jukeofurl. Dr. Mel’s butt well deserves a good kicking.

Does anyone feel that the last panel was based on a conversation with Rickard and someone else?

Sometimes I feel as if many of Tim’s strips are based on conversations with someone else.

Dr. Toon opined:
What’s oldbot got to lose? It’s not like he has a spleen.

On an episode of “South Park,” Cartman challenged a kid to a contest where they take turns kicking each other’s crotches until one gives up (Cartman went first, of course). Maybe Oldbot should challenge Dr. Mel to such a contest.
