Brewster Rockit is an unlikely captain. He’s woefully ill-prepared to lead ... and that’s part of his charm. Orbiting the stars in the space station R.U. Sirius, Brewster and his crew of misfits encounter a constantly challenging set of interplanetary anomalies. Brewster Rockit: Space Guy! pushes the limits of space, time and humor.

I read an entire story full of spoonerisms in high school, and one of them had that phrase, one swell foop in it-I don’t remember the author but I loved that story!

Check out the comedy team The Capitol Steps. They do a long story every show about current events, all in spoonerisms. Best part of the show! They usually call it Lirty dies.

Have you heard the song “The Dreaded Spoon” on the collaboration between Ricky Skaggs and Bruce Hornsby? It’s hilarious!

Spoons. Because when’s all said and done, they don’t aim themselves.

(There was a radio comedy skit that used “one swell foop”. I didn’t know that anyone else did!)

“One swell foop” is, I believe, actually an original documented Spoonerism from the original Rev. Dr. Spooner.
