Brewster Rockit is an unlikely captain. He’s woefully ill-prepared to lead ... and that’s part of his charm. Orbiting the stars in the space station R.U. Sirius, Brewster and his crew of misfits encounter a constantly challenging set of interplanetary anomalies. Brewster Rockit: Space Guy! pushes the limits of space, time and humor.

Sigh! There goes Winky’s spleen again. That kid must have a couple of dozen of them packed away somewhere.

No, actually it missed Winky’s spleen. Barely.

Winky must be related to Fearless Fosdick.

ooo, looks like the old ‘fearless fossdick’ cartoons!– anybody remember those?
it was a violent strip, sort of a mock dick tracy, in comic books as an ad for brylcream or something..anyway it was where people were blowing holes in one another with guns and the resultant wounds looked like our unfortunate winkie’s.
It seems , though , that ol’ winkie(and his spleen) is somewhat resilient ….

Wow–a well-concealed fact. Nobody would think to ask Cliff about it. I thought maybe Pam would be telling him that…

Fearless Fosdick was a cartoon-within-a-cartoon drawn by Al Capp. FF was Lil’ Abner’s comic strip hero.

Hey Bill Wa, isn’t that “ex”-spleen-ing?

Now I know why I hated that free introduction to fencing (at a Renfaire years ago) so much. My opponent kept hitting me in the spleen.
