Brewster Rockit is an unlikely captain. He’s woefully ill-prepared to lead ... and that’s part of his charm. Orbiting the stars in the space station R.U. Sirius, Brewster and his crew of misfits encounter a constantly challenging set of interplanetary anomalies. Brewster Rockit: Space Guy! pushes the limits of space, time and humor.

Cliff aint nuttin but a animated meatsack, barely sentient.

Gweedo, you gave a fairly good description of a large proportion of the population of the Earth.

A newspaper that gives too many viewpoints? Wouldn’t that be nice?
Our local paper has all the diversity of a bag of white rice.

Man oh man, Tim got it right on the money this time. Cruel, but so true.
Gweedo and c00k13m0n5t3r - it’s the fat, animated meatsacks that hold up the middle of the bell curve.
dagwud - sounds like you’re talking about the Daily Oklahoman (a.k.a. Daily Disappointment). A significant number of us here subscribe to the Tulsa or Dallas papers instead, just so we don’t embarrass ourselves in an intelligent conversation.

The mainstream media is already like that. Just look at the BIASED way they handled the last election. If they had given Obama and his people the same media colonoscopy that they gave McCain and his people, they might’ve found something out about him. We can’t have any of that, now, can we. (sarcasm in that last sentence)

Dumbing Cliff down any farther would be nearly impossible.

Benedick - you have obviously never met my former Commanding Officer.
The Knight Who Says ... said, 10 months ago
I bet even *he* would be hard pressed, Roger. I don’t know your former Commanding Officer, but I have faith in Cliff.

Oh man, this is so right on about the right-wingers. All they listen to is Hannity, Fox News and Limbaugh. Anything else is the “Liberal Media!” The truth? Conservatives can’t handle the truth!

Tailored news is a fact of life now, but it’s important to be open to many sources. Doyts 5 is right about the conservatives not being able to handle the truth. Have you checked out Newsbusters. I miss the smell and feel of newsprint sometimes.
