    The book does say 21st century practices, and to be technical Doc Strange hasn’t been a Medical Doctor since he became a Master of the Mystic Arts back in the 60s

    OK, it was NOT clear to me before the comments that the 2nd row are paired with upper row. I have never had any interest in super heros. The few comics I liked as a kid were Casper the ghost, Donald and the other ducks and Richie Rich.
