June Brigman and Mary Schmich’s classic soap-opera strip was a pioneer: a comic featuring a strong female lead character. Brenda Starr’s adventures, if not a realistic portrayal of a reporter’s life, have nevertheless captured the imagination of millions of readers.

How much did she take him for before she “died”? At the rate that this is going it will be thanksgiving before we know any thing. Oh well, we can enjoy the readers comments. Some times they are better that the strip.

Perhaps dear Brenda should released Salman.

Although Ganesh has a serious wound, he is sitting there like it was an abrasion. As someone asked yesterday, what are they doing about Salman?

Yes, they are in the big mansion and yet Salman is still in the gardener’s shed.
When Carina’s father was still in the shack in the slums, Carina took him some important documents. Does he still have them?

AND WHERE THE HELL HAS PUG BEEN ALL THIS TIME???

Well someone’s got to run the newspaper while the others are drinking at Carrissa’s.
Either that or she’s off on a romantic interlude of her own on Monkey island.

I agree with wndrwrthg….Salman is still (theoretically) tied up out in the shed…

Brenda will never win any nursing awards for the way she bandaged Ganesh. It looks like he is wearing a sash and i guess he has no blood.
Pug only existed to get Brenda to India after she got fired. For someone who is a top notch reporter she can’t seem to hold a job while all the rest of the help, that don’t seem to do anything keep theirs.

How was Caressa supposed to have died? What was Raj’s illness when Carina was secretly visiting him in the slums and how did he get well so fast? And that’s only the beginning of the questions that need answers.
