June Brigman and Mary Schmich’s classic soap-opera strip was a pioneer: a comic featuring a strong female lead character. Brenda Starr’s adventures, if not a realistic portrayal of a reporter’s life, have nevertheless captured the imagination of millions of readers.

Thanks for the link, Deborah! I’m no longer buying the printed version. And looks like comicstripnation could do to improve their scans, but at least it’s still readable….

Sounds like Brenda needs to start reading the newspaper she works for.

How can Brenda read the paper she works for. I don’t think it’s printed in english, is it?

Nudity is what television is for.
Newspapers give their perspective, just like newscasters. You eventually find one you agree with so the heartburn is lessened.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to swim naked with dolphins. Dolphins have been known to be aggressive anthropo-philes and I mean that in an abnormal way.

If the editor is the bad guy (and he has seemd so nice so far), he doesn’t want Pug’s story told.
