    I sent the following message to GoComics. Feel free to cut and paste:

    Surely you must be aware that Brenda Starr has not appeared in the past three days. Sunday’s installment was the last to appear. Currently, Brewster Rockit is showing up in Brenda’s space.
    Please fix this problem ASAP and BE SURE TO UPDATE ALL THE MISSING DAYS.

    This is ridiculous. It’s bad enough I have to find a copy of the Boston Herald in which to read Brenda, but this. OY! I also e-mailed Roy on this( he’s the inker/colourist for Brenda). He has no controlle over the mooks that run this. Call it massive “operator error”. Oh I suppose I can spoil it all and fill eveybody in, if you want.

    UPDATE: Rabid emails worked. I sent them to every email address I could find on the contact page, and it seems like they’re fixing the links – finally! Am writing a letter to the CEO, Dougals Edwards, though. There is a real problem with customer service and communications that should be addressed.

    As everyone said, this isn’t Brenda Starr – what the )*(&&^^% is going on? I did e-mail them and got back one of those meaningless answers – we know there’s a problem and we’re working to fix it.

    This is the fix? Giving us some other strip?

    IF ANYONE CARES(this includes me), the “relic” being auctioned off looks like the Kazookistan version of the “Ark”,only a bit smaller. Brenda has wormed away from Ringo, whilst wondering where Basil has gotten to, as Aurora goes into her “sales pitch” about the “Ark”. It is rumoured to cure any disease or ailment and posess other “powers”( not to mention a fortune in jewels that encrust the outside of the box ).

        Until this site’s operators fix the problem, I’ll have to keep reading the old standard of an actual newspaper. They are still good for something.
