Break of Day is an off-the-wall situational comedy that breaks through the realm of a typical comic by offering a new perspective on this world (or beyond). Sometimes edgy, sometimes cute and everything in-between – it delivers it all. Nate Fakes offers you something a little different that will give you a humor break to your day.

Nate, do you have tattoo issues from your past? It’s just that this is the second “tattoo error” message you’ve sent in the last 10 days.

Wouldn’t it be cool if ALL tattoos faded to that message after 15 years or so? It’s amazing how many nonconformists and rugged individuals express themselves through acts of blatant conformity.

You know, I think I do. I don’t have one, but I totally would if I could figure out something cool enough to last the rest of my life. I guess I think it over a bit, hence a tattoo comic. Please excuse them. I’m sure more are pending ; )

When you’re old its gonna be all faded and totally irrelevant.

Nate, every day I look in the mirror and say, “I hope I don’t look this way for the rest of my life.” A tat doesn’t look better with age, just worse. As do I, but I don’t need a constant reminder.

True. I live in S. Europe, where the sun quickly puts the “tat” in “tattoo.” (In case you don’t know, “tat” or “tatty” means “cheap and tacky” over here).

Very true. Tattoos aren’t like wine. And yes, my gray hairs are enough for now. I’m guessing my brown hair won’t suddenly sprout up in the next couple decades.

I have to say it’s better than some have done. And at least it’s not offensive. Go and have an artist draw one on and enjoy it for a few days then decide.

Oh I just was thinking how some have the worst tat and brag about them. Is that like the cat who runs into the wall and says I meant to do that?

Young ladies, at least, should consider 3 things when getting a tattoo. 1. Never get a tattoo of someones name unless it’s a memorial to a dearly departed. You may hate that person in a month. 2. Consider placement and what type of career you intend to have in the future. And finally, GRAVITY. What’s that thing going to look like in 40 years?
