    Typical salad for me, salad drenched in ranch dressing extra tomatoes and cheddar cheese.

    That diet plate was correct. The carbs are what make most people fat. When your blood sugar gets too high, insulin moves the glucose from your blood to your fat cells, where it is converted to tri-glycerides and stored.

    That is like my aunt Betty. She would but diet soda and then add sugar to them. Like what was the point of buying diet in the first place if she was going to add sugar?
