    SNERK!
My little Lily cat would get angry that the food she left for later would be given to the dog, Tootsie, so she started eating Tootsie’s dry food. Tootsie was jealous that the cat always got fish, and didn’t want to eat her food unless she believed it was cat food so I had to serve it in a smaller dish, else she wouldn’t eat it.

Now Lily’s has passed on, and Tootsie has a “fish-flavored cat-food” monkey on her back. Lily’s nemisis, Tom Dooley (my icon), only wants Temptation’s treats.

My husband tries to buy Tootsie’s attention with Ol’ Roy dog biscuets. She just saves them up, hidden in the straw in her house, for later and won’t give him the time of day.

Ah, life is good for my pets.

We had a cat named Carmie who would only eat sardines if they had mustard on them. Then we had a black cat named Panther who hated fish flavored cat food. Cats are so finicky.
