@Paul Rozebloom I have relatives that live in CT. They said that after they paid the snow plow operater his fee to clear their driveway, that stopped happening. I think the process is called “extortion”.
No— but during the passing phase the two plumes should have blocked each other, thus a large pile of snow would be between the two, in neutral ground, so to speak, thus the it should have a gap in both refilled sidewalks.
