   I’m not surprised. I was behind a woman driving with a cigarette in one hand and her cell phone in the other. What she was steering with, I do not know.

    I drove with my knees a lot in high School.
    My hands were busy with a pipe and a lighter.
    Don’t ask me how I survived, let alone never got in a wreck.
