Why I quit eating real hamburgers. Now they’re fake meat. Salsa covers up a lot.

A lot of soy is bad too. The soy eating countries with good heart health eat it as a condiment, not the main course. Soy is an estrogen mimic among other things, and large amounts screw with your hormones.

It is pretty clear now that cholesterol does not cause clogged arteries. Your body uses it to try and plug holes created by inflammation.

You would probably be much better off eliminating the soda, the sugar bun, and the tomato syrup on the cheeseburger. (You’ll have to make your own cheeseburger for that, and it will taste better too.) Too much sugar is doing a lot more harm that fat and cholesterol. Low fat diets that feed you lots of soy and sugar are killing you.

The sure fire way to increase heath and longevity is to eat less calories:

You probably need to increase fiber a lot. Never eat whilte flour stuff, or fiberless things like french fries without balancing fiber at the same meal. That cuts out most restaurant food (try Masala Wok - Indian stir fry over brown rice). Making your own food has many health and financial benefits.

Oh, geez! Ask what time it is and learn how to make a watch. Bring on the Mickey D’s!

Well, he’s right. A diet that better suits the human digestive system makes for better health. Too many people live to eat rather than eat to live.

So what’s wrong with living to eat? Either way you wind up dead. “Five to one baby, one in five. No one here gets out alive.”
