    It’s been done to death, including Summer Switch, the unofficial sequel to Freaky Friday.

    Of course, in the book, it’s implied Annabelle was in the mom, but mom was not Annabelle (the daughter version liked food mom didn’t, and didn’t act too grownuppy), and Annabelle suspected her mom might have gone into a friend or such.
