Mr. Zuhlamon, little if anything has changed about Cuba’s stand in Africa, South America, Spain recently.-The word ‘terrorism’ has been thrown about sufficiently in the last dozen years to strip it of any real meaning and the concept of “exporting terrorism” means even less. The Cuban government might well be better than others with which we have relations but none of them are as close to our national border as is Cuba.-There exists no compelling reason (diplomatic or business benefit to the US) to resume normal relations with Cuba.
