    The media did everything it could to make this a racial issue. Too many of our citizens go for the media hype instead of the available facts.

    At least the deadbeat loser mainstream media and the brain dead socialists are consistent. According to them, the Constitution needs to be tossed because you are guilty until proven innocent, unless you are black, a woman, or some other group on the list. But only if you pass the litmus test of the agenda. Conservative blacks, women, and others are not included and all conservatives and libertarians are guilty of everything by default. Where do these thugs want to take the country? Backward about 1500 years or so. Next thing you know they will be demanding trial by ordeal, which may not be a bad idea to test as long as all the socialists are test used as test subjects first just to make sure it works because they will want it so bad. Of course I know, and all the conservatives and libertarians know trial by ordeal never works, which is why we have a Constitution that says you are innocent until proven guilty.

    Did you miss that there were strong racial elements from the start? Don’t blame the media for creating a racial issue, it was there before they spoke. They debated it backward, forward, sideways, upside, and downside. The criticism I would have for the media is they were far too much involved in the court proceedings while the court was in session. But that is not a media fault, that is the system. Do like most other nations do and no media commentary until there is a decision. Not likely to happen because continuous news channels and talk-show hosts need the content. And they all make millions.

    Thank You Obama’s Eric Holder for sponsoring the Race hustler Al Sharpton. Thank You NBC for Editing 911 tapes. Hopefully Zimmerman will sue both and then Justice might have a chance.

    Did any of you political philosophers happen to note that the white guy got off from shooting a black teenager he was WARNED TO STAY AWAY FROM, and he not only got off clean, he will probably get his gun back?
    For all your splenetic screeds, the white people won this, folks. And it is far from the only example.

    Dude, Zimmerman is Hispanic. On any form filled out in today’s race obsessed government he would have avoided checking the “white” or “Caucasian” box. So, no, you are wrong.

    And Martin, was indeed an african-american heritage and 17. He did not seem to think he was incapable of a grown man’s job of whipping that other guy’s butt since he jumped him and told him he was going to die tonight.

    I never figured you as a racist. Your comment says otherwise.

    NBC edited tapes to make it a race issue. Eric Holder sponsored a race based rally with known professional race baiters.

    Beebee Doodle says;
    White or blak, cat or dog, people are what they are! Give a gun to someone not accountable and not responsible (but who thinks he is) and nasty things WILL happen!

    If T had just gone on home nothing would have happened. He was close enough to home to have walked there and Z would have seen him go in and left.

    Also, have you seen a recent photo of T? NOT the old photo of when he was much younger but one of how he looked now. The media should be sued for showing an old photo.

    Motive,

    Perhaps you failed to notice that Zimmerman was returning to his vehicle when Martin jumped him. Perhaps you also failed to notice that Martin threw the first punch. Perhaps you failed to notice that between the end of the conversation with the police dispatcher and the time the shot was fired four minutes elapsed. That was MORE than enough time for trayvon to have walked the 65 yards to the place he was staying. Instead Martin hung around and decided to attack Zimmerman. Perhaps you neglected to realize that having your head pounded into a concrete sidewalk could result in death or severe bodily injury.

    And why shouldn’t he get his gun back? It was not used in a crime. The state does not have the right to confiscate private property without just compensation. Perhaps George would want to auction it off, in order to raise funds to pay off the substancial legal bills he undoubtedly incured defending himself against an unwarrented prosecutorial miscarriage of the judicial process. This should NEVER have gone to court as there NEVER was enough evidence to properly charge Zimmerman of any crime.

    Zimmerman acted properly in the defense of his life against an actual, not just potential, attack that threatened death or severe bodily injury. What is reretable is that Trayvon let his testosterone and THC powered thought process overrule common sense. He was more interested in beating up a “creepy ass cracacker”, than in getting home. And it was THAT decision that cost him his life.

    Or perhaps the gun was used in a way that was justifiable, as a defense against an attacker who was acting in a manner (beating your head into a concrete slab) that a reasonable person might come to the conclusion, could result in death or severe bodily injury.

    Seems to me George was both prudent and responsible in his gun use. The preson most responsible for the death of Trayvon Martin was…. Trayvon Martin.
